Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
  • Acceptance Form: The form provided by the School for parents to accept a place for their child.
  • Behavior Policy: School policy on conduct expectations.
  • Child: Any student admitted to Iqra Educational Institute.
  • Complaints Procedure: Official process for handling parental complaints.
  • Deposit: The amount defined in the Acceptance Form and Schedule of Fees.
  • Fees: Tuition and charges listed on the website and fee schedule.
  • Head of School: The individual appointed to oversee school operations.
  • Schedule of Fees: Official list of applicable school charges.
  • Term: One academic session as defined by the school calendar.
  • Term’s Notice: Written notification provided before a student leaves.
  • We / School: Refers to Iqra Educational Institute.
  • You / Parents: Those who have signed the Acceptance Form or equivalent.
2. Notice Requirements
  • Parents must provide a term’s notice or pay a term’s fees if withdrawing a child early.
  • Fees in lieu of notice become payable on the first day of what would’ve been the last term.
  • Half-term notice is required to withdraw from supplemental activities or charges apply.
  • Mid-term withdrawals do not qualify for fee reduction or refund.
3. Behavior Policy

All students must comply with the school’s Behavior Policy and maintain punctual attendance.

4. Suspension and Required Removal

The Head of School has the authority to suspend or remove a student in cases of serious or persistent misconduct.

5. The School’s Obligations
  • The school is not responsible if a child cannot complete schooling due to lack of ability.
  • We commit to reasonable care and quality of education during the student’s enrollment.
  • Urgent medical decisions may be taken by the school if parental consent cannot be obtained in time.
  • Progress will be monitored and communicated; diagnosis of learning disorders is not guaranteed.
  • Parental cooperation is essential for fulfilling school responsibilities.
6. The Parents’ Obligations
  • Maintain a positive relationship with school staff and support your child’s education at home.
  • Keep the school updated on important changes related to the student or finances.
  • Inform the school of absences in writing and in advance where possible.
  • The school is not responsible for students off-campus unless part of a school activity.
  • Concerns must be reported promptly using the Complaints Procedure.
7. Communications
  • All official communication must be written.
  • Parents must notify the school of any change in contact details.
  • Notices must be addressed to the Head of School and delivered in a verifiable way.
8. Claims against the School
  • Any liability is limited to the insurance cover available at that time.
  • Only signatories to this agreement can make claims; no third-party rights are included.
9. Interpretation

Section headings are for reference only and are not legally binding parts of the agreement.
