Refund & Fee Policy
Fee Policy
- School fees are to be paid by Cash/ Cheque/ DDs. Cheques/DDs should be drawn in the name of Iqra Educational Institute.
 - Fees are payable in installments as prescribed by the school only on or before the scheduled dates.
 - Fees for the entire academic year can be paid together at the time of admission.
 - Once paid, fees are non-transferable / non-adjustable / non-refundable under any circumstances and are subject to the exceptions as set out in the refund policy.
 - If admission is cancelled midterm, no dues should be left pending. Leaving Certificate will be issued only after full settlement of dues. Withdrawal applications must be submitted a minimum of 60 working days before term end.
 - Service Tax and other statutory taxes should be paid separately, wherever applicable.
 - If any cheque is dishonored, the management may de-enroll the student and apply penalties as it deems fit.
 - Students with unpaid fees will not be allowed to sit for Board exams. Results, certificates, or references will not be issued to such students or parents.
 - If fees are unpaid for 30 days after the due date, the student’s name may be struck off school records.
 - The school reserves the right to revise/amend the Fee Schedule at any time.
 
Fee Refund Policy
- Admission and Registration fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if admission is withdrawn before classes begin or during the academic year.
 - Security deposits are adjustable against damages and will be refunded (without interest) after all dues are settled upon withdrawal or course completion.
 - 
                        If a student withdraws before the term starts, refund (if applicable) will be via cheque:
                        
- If withdrawal is more than 60 working days before term starts: Tuition & Term Fees will be refunded.
 - If less than 60 working days: Tuition & Term Fees will be payable (non-refundable).
 
 - After the academic year has commenced, no fees will be refunded under any circumstances. All pending dues must be cleared, even if the student doesn’t attend.
